Privacy policy

This policy explains how Blazecorp handles information when you visit discoverthetools.com or contact Discover the Tools.

Who operates this website

Discover the Tools is operated by Blazecorp. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@blazecorp.sg. Our contact page also explains how to send corrections and other enquiries.

Information you provide

  • Newsletter: your email address, selected interest, and subscription status and signup time, to manage the newsletter you request.
  • Tool submissions: tool name, website URL, work email, suggested category, message, and submission records, to review your suggestion, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and contact you about it.
  • Email enquiries: your email address and the information you include, to respond to questions, corrections, sponsorship enquiries, or privacy requests.

Approved product information may become a public listing. Your submission contact email is not a public listing field. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text messages.

Website operation and analytics

Vercel hosts the website. Hosting and security systems may process request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and requested pages, to deliver and protect the service. Supabase provides the database used for submissions and newsletter records.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits, popular pages, referral sources, and broad device and country information. It does not use analytics cookies. Vercel Speed Insights measures loading speed and other page-performance information. Our analytics configuration removes query strings and URL fragments from reported page URLs and excludes administration, API, and payment-result routes.

Read the Web Analytics privacy information, Speed Insights privacy information, and Supabase privacy policy.

Google advertising and cookies

This website includes Google AdSense advertising tags. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, limit repetition, and prevent fraud. Where personalized advertising is enabled and permitted, Google and its partners may use visits to this and other websites to personalize ads. Advertising tags may process data even when no visible ad is displayed.

Where a Google consent message is presented, use its controls to accept, decline, or manage the choices offered. You can also manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and participating vendors through YourAdChoices. These choices do not necessarily stop all advertising.

See how Google uses information from partner sites and Google's privacy policy. Vendor-specific choices, where applicable, are available through the consent message.

Browser storage and external content

We use browser local storage to remember your light or dark theme preference. You can clear it through your browser settings. Advertising and consent services may separately store cookies or consent choices; browser controls let you block or delete cookies, although some features may be affected.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Some images or logos may load from third-party providers, which receive the network information needed to deliver them. Links to tools, courses, and other external websites lead to services with their own privacy policies. Any affiliate tracking used by those services is governed by their policies; applicable affiliate or sponsored placements should be read with their disclosure.

Optional test checkout

If an expedited-review test checkout is offered, it uses Stripe in test mode. The flow sends the submitted work email and checkout reference to Stripe and stores submission and checkout-status records. No real payment is taken through this test flow. Do not enter real payment-card information into a test checkout. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Sharing, storage, and retention

Information is processed by service providers needed to host the website, store records, handle email, measure performance, and deliver advertising or optional checkout. Their processing may take place outside your country. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We retain information for the purposes described here, including managing subscriptions, reviewing submissions, responding to enquiries, and meeting applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the record and purpose; this policy does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. Contact us to request deletion. Limited records may need to be retained for legal, security, or suppression purposes, and provider backups may expire on a separate schedule.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit a form. To stop newsletter messages, request access to or correction of information, ask for deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email contact@blazecorp.sg. Use the email associated with your submission or subscription where possible. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify a request.

Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, obtain a copy of your information, or complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Requests are handled subject to applicable requirements and exceptions.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Please contact Blazecorp if you have questions about an update.
