Klap
Klap automatically extracts and reframes short clips from long, speech-focused videos, transcribes and captions in many languages, and can schedule or publish clips to social platforms. Plans are sold as monthly-equivalent clip allowances and the product offers an initial free single-video trial.
Klap lists three yearly-billed plans shown as monthly equivalents: Basic 100 clips/mo $14 /mo billed yearly; Pro 300 clips/mo $39 /mo billed yearly; Pro+ 1000 clips/mo $94 /mo billed yearly. The site also states a free single-video trial and a separate FAQ mention of $29/month.Is Klap right for you?
Good for
- Creators and social teams who need large quantities of vertical shorts from long talking-head or speech-heavy videos.
- Includes an advanced automatic reframing feature for resizing and layout selection (Split Screen, Screencasts, Gaming).
- Supports transcription and editing workflows across many languages, enabling non-English video clipping and captions.
Keep in mind
- The site states a single free video trial and also references a $29/month Pro price in the FAQ, which conflicts with the pricing page.
- Pricing page shows yearly-billed monthly equivalents; the FAQ's $29/month reference is not matched to a billed-yearly commitment on the linked official pages.
- Buyers that need published API pricing, per-clip accuracy guarantees, or moderation metrics without confirming them with Klap; verify API and quality on your content type first.
Pricing and plan limits
The linked official pages list clear clip-limited plans with yearly billing. The FAQ page separately states a $29/month Pro reference; the pages do not reconcile that figure with the plans shown on the pricing page.
