ClickUp Brain
ClickUp Brain is an AI layer inside ClickUp that connects tasks, docs, chats, calendar and integrations to run agents, produce deliverables, and surface contextual answers. It offers multi‑model access under one subscription, workspace‑level billing, and Super Credits for AI usage across teams.
ClickUp documents a Free tier plus paid AI tiers: Brain AI at $9 per user/month and Everything AI at $28 per user/month when billed monthly; some enterprise options require contacting sales. Is ClickUp Brain right for you?

- Teams that want AI embedded in a project‑management workspace to run agents, generate deliverables, and fetch contextual answers tied to tasks and docs.
- Multi-model access under one subscription so teams can switch language models without separate accounts.
- Explicit non-training / zero third-party retention guarantees for customer data with AI subprocessors.
Keep in mind
- Upgrades apply at the Workspace level — you must upgrade the entire Workspace for paid features.
